At THE GRAND EXXONIIC, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to provide clarity while ensuring fair terms for both guests and the hotel. By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Hotel Room Cancellations & Refunds
1.1 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for refund (subject to processing fees, if applicable).
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking amount, with no refund applicable.
How to Cancel:
If a booking is made through an online platform (third-party website or app) or through official website, the guest must call or visit the hotel to confirm the cancellation before the refund process can begin. The hotel will not be responsible for cancellations that are not confirmed directly by the guest.
For direct bookings made through our hotel website, phone, or in-person, cancellations must be communicated via phone call, email, or in person.
2. Banquet & Event Cancellations & Refunds
2.1 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the event date for a partial refund, after deducting the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be determined based on the booking agreement.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the full deposit, with no refund available.
2.2 Refund Process
Any approved refund will be processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
3. Important Notes
Refunds are subject to hotel policies, bank procedures, and applicable processing fees.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse or adjust refunds based on the terms of the booking and cancellation request.
Force Majeure: If cancellations occur due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies, the hotel may offer rescheduling options instead of refunds at its discretion.
